Terms and conditions

  1. Validity of Boarding Passes
    Boarding passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, they expire and are non-refundable. An option to extend the boarding pass by 6 months is offered at the time of purchase for $19 CAD + applicable taxes, or by contacting our customer service afterward.
  2. Reservation Modifications or Cancellations
    You may modify or cancel your reservation to reschedule for a future date at no charge up to 48 business hours before your flight by contacting our customer service. No reservation changes can be made within 48 business hours of the scheduled flight. A fee of $69 CAD + applicable taxes will be required for changes made within 48 business hours prior to the flight. If you do not show up for your flight, it will be canceled without any refund.
  3. Flight Specifics
    Flights may only be used at the AviaSim center where they were purchased. Flights are valid only for the package indicated on the boarding pass received by email after purchase. However, the flight may be “upgraded” before booking the date and time by contacting our customer service and paying the difference between the new package price and the original flight. The upgrade fee must be paid online at least 48 business hours before your appointment. Boarding passes do not show the price of the selected flight. Flights are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost boarding passes will not be replaced.
  4. Identification Requirement and Admission Policy
    For security reasons, we require you to bring a photo ID. We reserve the right to ask questions regarding your motivations. If you are unable to provide an ID, we reserve the right to deny you access to the simulator and cancel your flight without a refund. For security reasons, simulators are equipped with video surveillance for this purpose only. The footage is retained for 30 days and then destroyed. By purchasing and/or participating in an AviaSim flight, you agree to be filmed. AviaSim reserves the right to share footage with legal authorities and law enforcement in cases of disputes or security issues.
  5. Minimum Age and Physical Requirements
    The minimum age to access AviaSim simulators is 10 years, with a minimum height requirement of 1.10m (3’7″). AviaSim simulators are exact cockpit replicas and require certain mobility. Please contact the relevant AviaSim center before purchasing if you have specific physical needs that might affect your experience.
  6. Alcohol and Drug Influence
    If we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you will be denied access to the simulators, and your flight will be canceled without a refund. Food and beverages are prohibited inside the simulator.
  7. Behavior Policy
    Using offensive language or behaving in a disruptive or disrespectful manner with other visitors or staff may lead to termination of the session and expulsion without a refund.
  8. Late Arrival Policy
    If you arrive late for your appointment, your simulator flight time will be reduced by the length of your delay. We are not responsible for traffic disruptions, temporary public transportation stoppages, or other events that may affect your arrival. In cases where flight time is reduced due to factors such as a late arrival at the center or simulator, a request for a break, motion sickness, or any other physical issue during the flight, no compensation or refund, even partial, will be provided.
  9. Technical Issues
    If we experience technical difficulties on the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to a later date without delay or compensation. AviaSim will not reimburse any travel, accommodation, or other costs associated with the rescheduled experience. If technical difficulties arise during the flight that significantly reduce flight time or stop the flight, you will receive compensation determined in conjunction with AviaSim customer service.
  10. Right of Withdrawal and Pricing Policy
    In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your boarding pass to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason and without incurring a penalty. After 14 days, your flight is non-refundable. AviaSim may introduce promotions: if a promotion is available that is more advantageous than the price you paid, a refund will not be provided even partially after the 14-day withdrawal period following your purchase.
  11. Recreational Use Only
    AviaSim centers are exclusively intended for recreational activities and are not certified for pilot training.
  12. Policy and Availability Changes
    Prices, simulator availability, locations, hours, and policies at AviaSim centers are subject to change without notice.
  13. Photography and Video Use Policy
    AviaSim requires that all photos or videos taken by our clients are used solely for personal enjoyment. Any use, reuse, or reproduction for commercial purposes without AviaSim’s express written permission is strictly prohibited. AviaSim reserves the right to refuse any photography based on each location’s needs. Commercial photography of any kind is not permitted.
  14. Animals
    Animals are not allowed.
