With AviaSim, we’ve made booking a flight simulator experience as simple and flexible as possible. Here’s how it works: when you purchase a flight session on our website, you’ll immediately receive a digital boarding pass by email. This pass provides clear instructions on how to book your ideal date and time through our user-friendly online reservation system. This means you or your gift recipient can select a date that suits your schedule—whether it’s next week, next month, or even later—without locking in a specific time at the moment of purchase.

This adaptable system is perfect for gifting, as the boarding pass remains completely neutral, displaying no names, dates, or prices. This ensures your recipient has the freedom to pick the session that works best for them whenever they’re ready.

Gifting a flight simulator experience with AviaSim is both simple and flexible. Once you purchase a flight session, you’ll receive a digital boarding pass directly via email. This pass is ideal for gifting—it excludes names, dates, and prices, giving your loved one the freedom to schedule their flight whenever it suits them. Using our easy-to-navigate online reservation tool, they can pick the date and time that works best for them, whether that’s immediately or at a later date. It’s a one-of-a-kind gift that combines an unforgettable adventure with the convenience of total flexibility.

For most of our flight packages, the experience is designed for one pilot to fly for the full session. If you’d like to share the adventure with another person, we offer an exciting Duo package that allows two people to fly together in the same session.

For all our packages, you’re welcome to bring up to three guests who can join as observers in the back of the simulator at no extra cost. It’s a wonderful way for friends or family to capture memories and take photos of your flight.

For the best view and experience in our simulators, we recommend a minimum height of 1.10 meters (about 3 feet 7 inches). While height often makes a difference in how much you can see and reach the controls, it’s not a strict requirement. We welcome aspiring pilots of all ages and sizes, and we’ll do our best to make the experience enjoyable for everyone!

The AviaSim experience is open to everyone, with no prior knowledge needed before the flight. The flight instructor adapts his training to each individual depending on their level, and you’ll have as much fun as a real pilot!

Our flight simulator sessions are in high demand, and sometimes slots fill up quickly. But don’t worry! We add new availability every week, usually at least a month in advance. If you can’t find a slot for your preferred date, it’s likely that all the spots for that day are already taken. However, cancellations do happen, and those slots will reappear on the calendar, so it’s always worth checking back. To secure the best availability, we recommend booking at least 10 days in advance for weekdays and a month in advance for weekends. Rest assured, there will be plenty of opportunities to book your flight! With over 80,000 happy pilots in more than 10 years of operation, we’ve got you covered!

Head to our booking tool at www.aviasim.ca/booking, enter your flight number and booking code to access your reservation, and select a new date and time from the available options.

Please be aware that changes to your reservation are free of charge if made at least 48 working hours before your scheduled flight. If your flight is within the next 48 working hours, you’ll need to reach out to our customer service team to request a change, and a $69 CAD fee will apply to reschedule your flight, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
